Procedure for Land Ownership
- A letter of application for land ownership to the Director of the relevant Council.
- Receiving an invoice/payment number for the form.
- Once payment is completed, the relevant area will be inspected.
- Preparation of the title deed will begin.
- The applicant will be given a payment number for title deed costs.
- After completion, the applicant will be informed where to collect the title deed.
